I am a seasoned real estate professional, and have lived in Austin for nearly 20 years. I received both Accounting and Economics degrees from the University of Texas at Austin. I am also a Certified Public Accountant.
I have extensive experience in both residential real estate and mortgage lending. My accounting and lending background provides more understanding to the entire real estate process than other realtors can offer. This insight delivers additional value-added to my clients in negoitating or closing difficult transactions.
I am committed to my clients needs in selling, buying or financing their homes. I have a strong reputation as a patient listener, trusted advisor and a tough negotiator for my clients.
My commitment to real estate extends beyond my clients to the industry in general. I am a very active volunteer leader in the Austin and Texas Board of REALTORS. I have served in Leadership on the Austin Board of REALTORS, which self regulates Austin's 10,000 realtors. It was my pleasure to serve as Chairman of the Board in 2011. Last year, it was my honor to receive REALTOR of the Year from the Austin Board of REALTORS.
I am a strong advocate for private property rights through the Texas Real Estate Political Action Committee (TREPAC). I have also been involved in working with the Texas Legislature, and am very proud of the work I did with school tax relief in 2006. I meet periodically with city, state and national legislators to discuss issues important to homeowners.
I have a long list of very satisfied clients and most of my business is from referrals or repeat business from my past clients. However I am always interested in helping new clients sell, buy or finance their homes , so please contact me.
